To All Members Who Opted Fund Transfer Via On-Line E Banking

| To facilitate fast and easy transfer of funds (dividend, Scholarship, withdrawal of Specific Deposits, Loans, Insurance etc..) to members,
KGSM started using Online E-banking (RHB CASH REFLEX MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) since 2013.
Immediately after the fund is submitted to a member's bank account, the member concern will be alerted with a SMS.
Its very encouraging that almost all the members who applied for 2013 dividend and scholarship opted for the Online E-banking method for year 2014
and coming years.
There are cases where submission of funds to member's bank accounts being rejected by the member's own bank.
This happens because the IC Number of the members in the their bank's database is still the old one though the IC Number given to KGSM
or printed on the member's Account Book is the new IC Number.
Under these circumstances, the members concern have to go to their bank and request for database record update and inform KGSM after update.
After submission of funds to members, clearance will be on the same day for RHB BANK AC holders,
for Non RHB BANK accounts (e.g. Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB Bank etc...) clearance will be within 1 to 3 days.
It is advisable for members who prefer fast fund transfer to use RHB BANK accounts.
